Jeremy/Supernova (League Of Mutants) [Link]
Sunday, January 10, 2016
"League of Mutants" is a Panzish TV drama, based on the superhero comics of the same name. It's similar to the X-Men franchise, but different nonetheless.
Jeremy Foster used to be a regular eleven-year old. With mutant powers. And those powers kept increasing. So one day, he actively sought out the facility in which most of the mutants are more or less held captive. At the end of season 1, he used his powers to deactivate a dangerous force field by entering it, which resulted in him being known as "Supernova." His powers include: telepathy, telekinesis, energy (and temperature) control, laser vision, and the ability to temporarily paralyze other living creatures (including humans, of course).
The character actually debuted in Leon's series, "A Panzburg Story," and was one of the main forerunners for "LoM."
Other mutants include Element 26, Pariah, Omnivore, The Clone, Machinery, and her brother Velocity.
